In October 2025, Sakura Power, the exclusive distributor of Leapton Energy in the Maldives, participated in Hotel Asia 2025, the largest hospitality and resort exhibition in the country. During the event, Sakura Power showcased Leapton’s latest high-efficiency TOPCon solar modules and residential and commercial energy storage systems, attracting strong interest and positive feedback from visitors.

During the exhibition, the Sakura Power team had the honor of meeting Ms. Ishigami Rumiko, the Japanese Ambassador to the Maldives. They exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in the field of renewable energy between Japan and the Maldives, and took commemorative photos together.
